Coordinated Services Planning (CSP)

Fairfax County Coordinated Services Planning (CSP) offers information and referrals for a variety of assistance including financial, child care, medical care, transportation and more. Calls to CSP are answered by a Specialist who will ask questions to complete an assessment of the caller's needs and strengths. The Specialist will then offer assistance through Fairfax County funds and programs or refer the caller to an organization providing the needed service. CSP has a diverse staff and can assist callers in their preferred language. 

Human Services Resource Guide (HSRG)

The Fairfax County Human Services Resource Guide (HSRG) offers detailed information about programs and services available to Fairfax County community members. The HSRG allows you to search for organizations assisting with specific needs such as food and housing or you can search for an organization and see what services the organization provides. It is best to start with a more general search versus a specific one. The website includes a tutorial video to help community members use the HSRG
